Steam boiler and water treatment

First you need to know, how many machines you want to supply with steam and their steam consumption. Here are some guide lines :

Pressurized Batch Preexpanders : 6-10kg/m3

Blockmould :
older tpyes of moulds need 13 -15kg of steam per m3
new types (vacuum supported) only 8 - 10kg/m3

Shape moulding machines : approx. the same like blockmoulds

sufficient boiler capacity - and an accumlator to supply the blockmoulding plant with enough steam during the process

water treatment module - our recommendation is LOOS (Germany), but you may find reliable local suppliers, too.
