Selling products to the packaging industry requires special skills in SHAPE MOULDING ... ... and CUTTING. Everybody, who has cut small "bits & pieces" once in his life, knows, that cutting may not be the real problem : it is the packing of these tiny stripes and cigarette-box-size cubes which is awful. Cutting may work nicely with an accurate machine, a thin wire harp, carefully stretched and fondly heated wires, but once you touch this stack of tiny little pieces, the whole pile explodes and you can collect the product from the floor the next 2-3 hours.

Therefore we asked Damjan Rotter from VIRO to build a transfer table into one of his packaging machines, which was only the first step. The second, even more important step, was the material holder behind the film curtain, which ensures, that the stack is held together while wrapped.
The most elegant way to pack your bits & pieces you can see on the VIRO video clip PPZ-TT 1300. |
